We utilize GoHighLevel, a third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform, to manage customer data, schedule appointments, and facilitate communications. By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, through our forms or scheduling tools, you expressly consent to receive transactions, updates, marketing, and operational communications from us. These communications may be delivered via email, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS/text messaging.
A Team Transmissions operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in to receive updates.
Description of Messages: When you opt in to our SMS program, you can expect to receive Appointment Reminders & Confirmations, Service Updates & Approvals, and Conversational Follow-Ups regarding your vehicle's service and repair needs.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to number you receive the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
