1. Agreement to Terms

A Team Transmissions is a specialized, family-owned automotive repair shop providing expert transmission maintenance, diagnostics, full rebuilds, and complete driveline services for all foreign and domestic vehicles.

Through our website and customer management platforms, we provide users with access to appointment scheduling, service inquiries, promotional offers, and direct communications regarding vehicle diagnostics and repair statuses.

3. GoHighLevel Platform Context & Communication Consent

We utilize GoHighLevel, a third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform, to manage customer data, schedule appointments, and facilitate communications. By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, through our forms or scheduling tools, you expressly consent to receive transactions, updates, marketing, and operational communications from us. These communications may be delivered via email, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS/text messaging.

4. Text Messaging Program Terms

A Team Transmissions operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in to receive updates.

  • Description of Messages: When you opt in to our SMS program, you can expect to receive Appointment Reminders & Confirmations, Service Updates & Approvals, and Conversational Follow-Ups regarding your vehicle's service and repair needs.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to number you receive the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message & Data Rates Disclosure: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

  • Message Frequency Disclosure: You will receive messages and message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Specific pricing estimates, diagnostics fees, and billing details will be provided directly to you during your service consultation and prior to major rebuilds or repairs. We reserve the right to modify our service rates at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.
